Take this test to gain valuable insights into your auditory health. Identify the specific frequencies you can hear for a better understanding of your abilities to hear across the sound spectrum.
How the Test Works
This test will play a series of tones at different frequencies (from 125 Hz to 16,000 Hz):
Each tone plays for 2 seconds, followed by a short beep to signal it ended
After each tone, click "Yes" if you heard it or "No" if you didn't
The test automatically progresses through all 8 frequencies
Use the volume slider to set a comfortable listening level
Understanding the Chart
Results are displayed on a frequency chart:
● Green circles show frequencies you could hear
✗ Red X's show frequencies you couldn't hear
The vertical axis shows frequency in Hz (logarithmic scale)
125-500 Hz: Low/bass sounds
500-2000 Hz: Speech range (most important)
2000-16000 Hz: High-pitched sounds
