Discover Your Hearing Frequency Range

Take this test to gain valuable insights into your auditory health. Identify the specific frequencies you can hear for a better understanding of your abilities to hear across the sound spectrum.

How the Test Works

This test will play a series of tones at different frequencies (from 125 Hz to 16000 Hz):

  • Each tone will play for 2 seconds and end with a beep
  • After each tone, click "Yes" if you heard it or "No" if you didn't
  • The test will automatically progress through all frequencies
  • Use the volume slider to set a comfortable listening level

Understanding the Chart

The results are displayed on a frequency chart:

  • Green circles (●) show frequencies you could hear
  • Red X's (❌) show frequencies you couldn't hear
  • The horizontal axis shows frequency in Hz (logarithmic scale)
  • For reference: 125-250 Hz (bass), 250-2000 Hz (speech), 2000-16000 Hz (high pitch)
